When will my order ship? 

All orders are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Made-to-order orders typically ship within 7-12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you need your order by a certain date, I encourage you to leave a note, and we will do our best to accommodate. 

How do I know what size to order? 

Our sweaters are currently designed for women, with a unisex fit, meaning they run slightly bigger than traditional women’s sizes. For a more fitted look, consider sizing down; for a cozy, relaxed fit, choose your normal size or size up. Please check our detailed sizing chart for exact measurements. Since all sweaters are made-to-order, please double-check your size before ordering. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As a small business who make our products made-to-order, we don’t offer traditional returns and exchanges. We appreciate your understanding. If there is an issue with your order or you received the wrong item, please feel free to reach out within 48 hours of placing your order. 

What if I make a mistake in my order?

Please review your order carefully before submitting. This includes size, color, and shipping address.  If you notice an error, please reach out as soon as possible for potential corrections. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, once your package is marked “shipped”, we’re unable to provide refunds or cancel your order. 

My package says it's been delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do? 

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered early and may arrive within the next few days. Please check your mailbox and ask neighbors. If your package still hasn’t arrived, you can file a claim with USPS, and we will gladly provide any information needed to assist with the claim.

What do the red and navy stitches mean?

Each stitch is a tribute. Red honors Marine families, and navy blue honors Navy families. Future collections will honor all branches of service.
